When we called Albion in our existing legacy systems were failing. After
they conducted a full technical audit we received a detailed proposal to
get our Media company back on track. This included a revamp our servers and
storage together with improving the speed of connectivity between our offices
and for remote users. Albion now work with us providing a complete managed
support service on an ongoing basis.

Music Room
Get your music classroom bang up to date with the Apple computer based music room from Albion.
Our music room systems are designed to allow teachers to inspire their students allowing them to concentrate on creating music and not worrying about the technology.
- >Creative Software
-
Create your own music using an advanced spectrum of features and tools for computer based music production with Apple's garageband and Logic Express (Pro). Using the acclaimed Apple software allows students to move their compositions from garageband to Logic Express to Logic Express Pro as their skill level grows so can the software sophistication. Or use Sibelius Ð the fastest smartest, easiest way to write music - allows you to write and refine your music, hear your music and print beautiful music scores.
- >Equipment
-
Based around the Apple iMac and M-Audio music keyboard the music room can expand from a single music station up to a full 30+ user system with all music stored securely on the central Apple Xserve and Xraid . Using central Xserve storage makes workstation backups no longer required and allows hot desking where each student can log on using their unique password from any workstation to access their centrally stored work.
- >Support Service
-
Albion is fully Apple authorized Education and Service specialists. We will not only install and train your users but also provide on going support both remotely and on site ensuring that you can concentrate on teaching and creating music and not on worrying about the technology. We have also considerable skills at integrating Macintosh networks into the rest of the often windows based computer network enabling such functions as active directory integration.
